Liability Information

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES H&S Supply Co. MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD.

Return Information

We will only accept a return if prior approval has been issued, and the product is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Restocking fees will apply on all returns that are incorrectly ordered, returning instead of replacing per our policy, etc.

Defective Items

Within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, if any product proves to be defective, please contact us immediately. Please do not return the product back without contacting us first. We will work with the manufacturer to repair or replace any defective item.

Warranty Returns

We honor all manufacturer warranties for our products. If you have an issue with a product purchased from us that is still covered by a valid manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us. We will advise you of the next steps for getting your replacement as fast as possible. In some cases this will require you to troubleshoot the issue with the manufacturer directly. This process can sometimes take several business days. Items are generally not eligible to return for credit.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are special ordered cannot be canceled or returned without a re-stocking fee which can vary dependent upon the manufacturer
Items that have been installed
Items that have sanitary issues such as toilet and bidet seats unless they have not been removed from the packaging
Items that are not brand new and/or missing any of the manufacturer’s packaging
